Mad Hatter Peppers, with their odd shape and blend of yellow, orange, and red colors combine with Curry and Turmeric to create a beautiful Carnelian sauce that is actually a Superfood! Killian and Kristian Peppers, which look like Yellow and Orange Cayennes (and have similar heat profiles) give this a solid up-front smack of heat with the Curry flavor. But, the Burning Bush F1 creates a lingering heat that remains as the Curry flavors fade.
