We've had lots of requests for a smokey sauce, and this season we smoked a bunch of our Secret Peppers to perfection. It only takes a tiny amount for the full smoke aroma to take over . . . everything.

We combined with Organic Raspberry puree and a balance of peppers led by Red Mushroom Scotch Bonnet, Reaper, Thai, and a couple varieties of Habanero. The result in this thick velvety deep red-brown (almost shading a bit purple) sauce that brings the tart of the raspberries mellowed by just a little pineapple.

The heat rating is TBD, but it feels like a 4 that absolutely goes to 5 and maybe beyond.  Help us decide!

Our leading names are Smoke On The Water or Fire In The Sky, but maybe you've got some better ideas!
