A bit of Pineapple boosts the sweetness of wild blueberries, but the combination of four other very hot peppers makes sure the heat will be felt – for 5 to 10 minutes! Mellow it out by adding to cream cheese on a cracker, or add a few drops to mayo or even whipped cream to spice up unexpected snacks or dishes. It's incredible on bacon or any cured meat or game meat like lamb, but equally good on vanilla ice cream or cheesecake!
