Meet our new Palisade Peach Hot Sauce — sweet, juicy Colorado peach hits first, followed by a slow-building, lingering burn. The heat comes from a layered blend of fermented Scotch Bonnet, fermented Big Red Mama for that long finish, Mystic Orange — another of our own pepper crosses — Yellow Dragon’s Toe, plus yellow and orange cayennes.

It’s especially good with cream cheese or anything rich and creamy, where the peach sweetness and chile heat really pop. Try it with brie or goat cheese, grilled cheese, chicken, pork, burgers, tacos, or even vanilla ice cream.
